FRV Terms & Conditions

By joining FRV as a volunteer, you agree to uphold the following commitments:

1. Commit to a minimum of 2 months of volunteer work with FRV.

2. Submit all lesson materials and assigned tasks on time.

3. Notify FRV at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.

4. Limit absences to no more than 1 class per month.

5. Provide a 2-week notice if you intend to stop volunteering.

6. Attend every class fully prepared and responsible, ensuring high-quality engagement with students.

7. Allow FRV to use photos, videos, and other media taken during activities for communication and promotional purposes.

8. Complete all reflection and feedback forms when requested.

9. Communicate respectfully and constructively with students, volunteers, and team members.

10. Maintain a professional attitude at all times while representing FRV.
